**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of speed bar personnel, fostering a constructive and professional team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
- Effectively supervise tasks to ensure seamless operations, especially during peak hours and events.

2. Bar Operations:

- Oversee the arrangement and upkeep of the speed bar, consistently maintaining full stock and optimal organization.
- Collaborate with bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth preparation and presentation of beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and promptly place orders to restock supplies and prevent any shortages.

3. Guest Service:

- Guarantee exceptional customer service for all patrons, proactively anticipating their needs and surpassing their expectations.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and utilize suggestive selling to align with guest preferences.
- Promptly and professionally escalate any guest concerns or complaints to a manager.
- Cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance that mirrors the exclusive nature of the venue.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Adhere strictly to pertinent health, safety, and hygiene regulations, upholding a sanitary and secure work environment.
- Guide all staff members in adhering to appropriate protocols for responsible handling and service of alcoholic beverages.

**Requirements**:

- Possess three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury beverage department.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and engage with guests.
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume and time-sensitive situations.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the beverage department schedule.
