**Overview**:
As a Bar Leader / Mixologist, you will assist in overseeing the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency. Your responsibilities include supervising and guiding bar staff, coordinating drink preparation, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will assist in training new staff members and enforcing bar policies and procedures.

**Teamwork and Collaboration**:
Ability to work well with colleagues, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with daily stock counts and ordering
- Leadership of shift and team.
- Assist with training for new staff and business changes.
- Able to handle most basic complaints without assistance.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience working on a fast-paced bar.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of international cocktails
