Our Bar Management OpportunityJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our bar team as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling performance events, managing calendars, developing and distributing PR materials, negotiating contracts with performing artists, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations efficiently, ensuring licenses are current, creating employee schedules, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling performance events, promotional appearances, and programs
  • Managing calendars and coordinating logistics
  • Developing and distributing PR materials, including brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos
  • Negotiating contracts with local and foreign performing artists
  • Providing exceptional customer service and personalized experiences for VIP guests
  • Handling reservations and seating arrangements
  • Ensuring all licenses are current, including health, safety, and liquor licenses
  • Creating employee schedules based on expected customer numbers
  • Collaborating with liquor vendors to develop new productions or promotions
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling
 Requirements:We are looking for an individual with previous experience in bar or pub management.
