Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our evening bar operations at a refined and cozy café and cocktail bar.

Key responsibilities will include creating and serving signature cocktails with consistency and precision, leading bar preparation, managing inventory, upholding high standards of hygiene and quality control, engaging guests with exceptional service and product knowledge, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer, mentoring junior bartenders and maintaining smooth bar flow, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender in a cocktail-focused bar.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, classics, and mixology techniques, including the ability to innovate and create new recipes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and handle high-volume service with ease and professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
