**Who you are?**

As A Field Application Engineer (FAE) Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the company's product offerings from various principal suppliers and the customers' technical requirements. Responsibilities are multifaceted and encompass both technical and managerial aspects. You will work closely with your superior, and Lead team of FAEs to provide high-quality technical support to customers, driving sales through technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensure KPI are achieved ( both internal and Suppliers’). This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

**Technical Support and Expertise**
- Provide technical guidance and support to the FAE team.
- Ensure the team stays updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technologies, and align with Key suppliers about their latest roadmap.
- Technical Leadership of FAE team.
- Identify areas for process improvements within the FAE team and implement best practices.

**Customer Support**:

- Assist customers in understanding and integrating semiconductor products into their designs, and platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the design and implementation phases.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations ( Manage FAEs)
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and internal sales teams.

**Design Assistance**:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and recommend appropriate semiconductor solutions.
- Provide schematic reviews and layout recommendations to optimize product performance, and align with (KEY) suppliers.
- Sales and Business Development

**Pre-Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process to help secure new business.

**Post-Sales Support**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing technical support after the sale.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise post-implementation to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Market Analysis and Feedback:

- Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to product management and development teams.

**Team Management and Development**
- Manage and mentor the FAE team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Recruitment and Training ( if any)
- Oversee the recruitment of new FAEs to ensure a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills of the FAE team.
- Resource Allocation:

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the team's workload to balance customer demands with team capacity.
- Align Strategic Planning with Superior, and implement accordingly. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's technical support capabilities and customer satisfaction.
- Align the FAE team’s activities with the overall business objectives and sales targets.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure cohesive strategies and solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the FAE team and other parts of the organization.
- Project Management:

- Oversee complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement, and process Improvement:

- Utilize feedback and data to refine support strategies and enhance customer experience.

**Technology Adoption**:

- Advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FAE team.

Ensure the team is proficient with the latest engineering tools and software.
