We're looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Umbrella Solutions. Your primary role will be to engage in outbound B2B telemarketing, targeting specific regions to set appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a direct impact on our business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound B2B calls to set appointments with potential clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs (specific targets will be provided).
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

**Competitive Salary Structure**:
Start with 17,000 Pesos per month (First 3 Months).
Increase to 22,000 Pesos per month (Next 3 Months) upon meeting KPIs consistently.
Further increase to 30,000 Pesos per month (post 6 months) with continued success.

Earn one month's salary as a bonus for every lead generated that results in a closed deal.
Training and upskilling to elevate the role to Head of Marketing & Solutioning.
