**Job Description
- Our Ziggle Kitchen’s Main chef will be responsible in our new F&B restaurant kitchen on a daily basis. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Main Chef to organize the kitchen’s activities.

**Responsibilites
- Control and direct the Korean food preparation process and any other relative activities.
- Set up the kitchen and develop Korean recipes and have knowledge on ingredients.
- Produce high-quality display and taste of Korean dishes.
- Handle and plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
- Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications
- Certification for Korean/Chinese is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience is required.
- Skilled experience in cooking and plating Korean and Chinese dishes is required.
- Knowledgeable of techniques, methods, tools, and equipment used in preparing and cooking high quality food on a large scale.
- Exceptional communication and mentoring kitchen employees.
- Opening experience not required but a plus.
- Performs all other related duties as requested.
