Our client, an industry leader in smart card technology, located at Raffles Place has immediate vacancies for Associate Project Manager (Permanent position, Salary Range : S$60K to S$80K per annum)

**Position purpose:
The associate project manager supports project manager to manage projects in Asia Pacific region. He/She coordinates partners, customers and different team members to achieve the goals of the project. He/She also needs to prepare project documents like project plan, meeting minutes, issue tracking list, project report cards and etc. Occasionally, the associate project manager needs to support professional service director on tasks related to department operation.

**Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, establish timelines and build budgets
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal team members and others, actively communicating with key stakeholders to keep them informed on project activities
- Leads team meeting with internal stakeholders
- Track internal milestone and adjust deliverable as required
- Work with partners and other departments to ensure project objectives are achieved with established timeframes

**Requirement:
- An excellent communicator with good people skills
- Pro-active, creative and energetic, taking lead and initiative to make things happen
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Graduated with a degree in computer science, information technology or business administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skill in English
- Verbal communication skills in Japanese and Mandarin
