The primary role of the Quality Assurance function is to ensure that management systems are established to enable business compliance across multiple regulatory frameworks, supporting the design, development, and manufacture of products that meet customer quality requirements. Key responsibilities include building relationships with medical device regulatory authorities in various countries, ensuring timely registration to meet business needs, conducting audits for regulatory compliance, implementing quality best practices, process improvements, and developing supplier quality systems. The role also involves providing technical support around QA systems and processes, leading significant quality projects, and driving continuous improvement and global QMS alignment. Maintenance and security of documentation systems and records are also essential.
Role Summary
As an
Associate Project Manager , you will support project planning, execution, and delivery. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and enhance system alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities include:
Assist in planning and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Support project teams to deliver process improvements and system enhancements.
Develop, maintain, and track project documentation, including milestone plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop business cases.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing digital solutions within QARA.
Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Coursework or certification in project management (e.g.,
CAPM ,
PRINCE2 Foundation ).
Preferred:
Experience with AI applications in documentation, analytics, or workflow automation.
Proficiency in the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
