The Recruiting Operations Team is looking for a Knowledge Management (KM) Partner for APAC. This role is centrally focused on defining Knowledge Management practices and establishing a strategy for capturing, organising and developing information that will empower the Recruiting teams to do their best work. The KM Partner will also act as a content curator in developing processes to manage knowledge across the lifecycle including identifying duplicate content, retiring stale knowledge, optimising workflows, promoting key pages, while enhancing underrepresented knowledge assets. The incumbent will closely partner with Recruiting Leads and KM champions to transform information into explicit knowledge that can be effectively shared across the associated KM tooling solution.

**APAC Recruiting Knowledge Management Partner Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a Knowledge Management strategy based on needs analysis
- Lead partnerships with recruiting leadership and other internal groups and contribute to large-scale recruiting projects
- Design information-sharing best practices for teams and lead coordination among content or knowledge creators and users to drive alignment and adoption of new practices.
- Manage content through the information lifecycle and aid in continuous improvement relating to the quality of information.
- Identify and track success metrics related to knowledge and enablement by utilising data to identify development areas
- Run KM reports, share feedback and insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences
- Proactively communicate with Global KM POCs and other cross-functional partners to ensure the quality, discoverability, and global consistency of content
- Be the point of contact for recruiting teams seeking support, advice, training, information, guidance around Knowledge Management
- Collaborate with Tools POC and rLearn POC on large scale Knowledge Management initiatives

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years work experience
- Experience building instructional materials such as informational videos, infographics, reference guides
- Track record of operating independently, solving problems creatively, and delivering results in an organised manner
- Experience collaborating effectively across multiple teams in various regions
- Experience designing, implementing and using multiple tools and operating frameworks

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background using multimedia and graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, Sketch)
- Program management experience in Knowledge Management, Content Curation, Communications, Learning & Development or Operations
- Experience in building KM programs in the technology industry or within HR/ recruiting teams
