**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Business and Technical Solution Support for Sales**:

- Design and provide business and technical solutions for IPT products based on market demand and competitive analysis, aiding the sales team in driving business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customers understand the advantages of IPT products and how the technical solutions meet their business needs.

**Market Insights and Demand Management**:

- Monitor dynamics in the IPT market, industry trends, and customer needs, proposing requirements for product development and improvement to ensure competitiveness.
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to present demands based on market feedback, ensuring efficient supply chain operations while optimizing costs.

**Cost Control and Margin Optimization**:

- Participate in the formulation of product pricing strategies, ensuring that the cost structure and pricing support market competitiveness and improve margins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as finance, procurement, etc.) to ensure that all stages of product development maintain quality and market competitiveness while controlling costs.

**Network Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate closely with network operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure the network quality and stability of IPT products meet expected standards.
- Work with customer support to monitor and resolve network performance issues of IPT products in real-world use, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Product Roadmap and Lifecycle Management**:

- Develop and implement a medium
- to long-term development roadmap for IPT products, managing the full lifecycle from development to phase-out.
- Continuously optimize product performance and features based on market feedback, customer needs, and competitive analysis to enhance product competitiveness.

**Cross-Department Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, network operations, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth development, promotion, and delivery of products.
- Organize cross-department meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand and support product goals and development directions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related fields; an MBA is preferred.
- **Work Experience**: At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably with experience in telecommunications or IPT product lines.
- **Market and Demand Management Experience**: Keen insight into market trends, with the ability to propose optimization plans and product requirements based on market changes.
- **Network Quality Management Experience**: Experience in ensuring network quality, able to enhance the stability and performance of IPT products through cross-department collaboration.
- **Communication and Collaboration Skills**: Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving effective implementation of demands.
- **Technical Background**: Understanding of IPT (Internet Protocol Telephony）products and related technologies, able to align technical solutions with business needs.
- **Fluency in English**: Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
