You will oversee submissions for in-principle approval, funding approval, maintain/ monitor project schedules and preliminary costs under planning. You will be involved in master-planning of community facilities, planning new and upgrading Community Clubs (CCs) and other PA development projects. **Requirements**:

- Background in Architectural or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field with good knowledge of architectural design and construction.
- Possess flair in design and able to conceptualise ideas and space planning with presentation drawings.
- Possess strong command of English language with good written, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently with good time management and able to multi-tasks.
- Resourceful and work well in teams.
- Willing to learn and possess high level of initiatives
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp and rendering software is an added advantage.
