Manage full accounts for multiple entities
- Oversee daily finance functions for the company and its subsidiaries
- Ensure timely submission of management and statutory reports
- Conduct financial and operational performance analysis with separate reports for each division
- Handle banking processes, respond to queries, and compile relevant documentation
- Responsible for quarterly GST reporting/filing
- Experience in auditing, Compile audit documents and Liaise with auditors, tax agents, to ensure corporate compliance
- Lead and supervise a finance team, providing assistance and guidance.
- Conduct weekly conference calls with focus stations to review the status of their receivables and ensure that their past-due accounts are within an acceptable range.
- Monitor and improve debt collection processes, review weekly debtor lists, and negotiate payment plans
- Manage credit terms and amounts to ensure they are in place and adhered to.This involves overseeing bad debt provisions and write-offs in line with company policy.
- Develop strong relationships with our corporate banks.
- Regularly review balance sheet reconciliations, including reviewing accruals.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Plan and execute process improvements to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.This includes conducting regular internal audits to ensure proper vendor management,review supplier/vendor contracts.
- Review monthly payroll and intercompany/branch Transactions

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
