Job Summary:

- Manage project billing and payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on financial and contractual matters.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on financial and contractual management.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, including bidding, contract negotiation, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
