Overview:
STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)

This position is responsible for driving worldwide and key APAC initiatives, business analysis for business methods and collaboration with local Business development team to support business growth.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Interacts with all levels throughout organization; distributors, customers, and vendors.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
- Implementation of Regional & Local business strategies and sales initiatives in collaboration with local country team. Tracking of progress and performance providing in-depth analysis on the failures & successes.
- Provide information on Market trends, dynamics on business methods and distributor behaviors and needs required for better understanding of business metrics and analysis development of different growth models,
- Tracking, reviewing and providing updates on the different business flows and methods, trainings systems, events and activities of key organizations to identify best practices and possible gaps / risks for the development of a stronger and more sustainable business model.
- Collaboration with Metrics and sales team to provide timely monthly reports on City by City initiatives, analysis of Regional and local key sales initiatives, promotion, events & activities to Identify areas of improvement to build it better.
- Working with leaderships to drive growth through key business methods by providing timely reports and analysis for planning and development of new concepts/ initiatives.
- Creating and updating of sales training materials and tools required for presentations at events and trainings
- Working with APAC Regional Sales Team to ensure alignment of WW, Regional and local initiatives. Collaboration on sharing of best practices and Regional projects that drive APAC success as a region.

Qualifications:
Skills/Education/Experience:
**Skills**:

- Proficiency with MS Office & Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills, as well as Microsoft Access.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and external perspective.
- Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency and strong communication skills and must be able to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both analytical and non-analytical audience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management, priority management skills and willing to work well under pressure.
- Experience in multinational company or international environment.
- High level of confidentiality required.

Education/Experience:

- A degree or higher level qualification in relevant field.
- Charismatic and with public relations skills and local influence to further enhance Herbalife’s image and reputation with the local market and professionally presentable for the good image of the Health and Nutrition industry.
- Ability to demonstrate the coordination and direction of the employees towards a common purpose of shared goals and objectives.
