**Role Profile**

Our customers across the Maritime Industry, ranging from Shipping, Finance, Insurance to Fortune 500 companies, and we are looking for a**Sales Development Representative** to join the team and play a key role in our success in 2025 and beyond.

This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Head of Sales - SEA, South Korea, South Asia & ANZ.

This role is a balanced working model between home and in our modern and centrally located Singapore office with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Senior Account Executive with their sales strategy
- Generating new business opportunities for the company by contacting, qualifying, and identifying potential customers
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (meetings booked, opportunities generated and closed)
- Working collaboratively with the Senior Account Executive team and Marketing to drive initiatives to increase the number of new logos for the company.
- Executing best practise of pipeline and opportunity management
- Track progress against key accounts and KPI’s

**Essential**

- High energy, driven, creative and able to lead by example to achieve target
- At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role with a new business development focus
- Proven experience working towards and overachieving KPIs and sales targets
- Proven experience using a CRM system
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- A desire to work with lots of different stakeholders, be they clients, colleagues, managers, or prospects

**Desirable**
- Experience using Salesforce
- Previous experience within either Trade Finance, Shipping, Commodity, Insurance or Governmental
- Proven experience in value selling such as SaaS, business intelligence, insights and data
- Proficiency in an ASEAN language
