- involve in coordinating all technology integrations to facilitate successful deployment of all new capabilities and enhancements
- maintain an adaptable model that work towards consistent replication across the countries
- monitor and ensure all audits are completed and filed properly
- problems solving and resolve escalated issues
- provide inputs to strategic decisions
- all other duties as assigned

Requirement
- Someone independent and organised with an excellent project management capability to handle few projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, possess exceptional interpersonal relationship aptitude.
- An outstanding communicator in both written and verbal.
- A detailed-oriented individual able to identify inconsistencies in the ways of working.
- IT savvy and computer proficient.
- Travelling 50% of the work time.
- Ability to work in the franchise operating stores across multiple countries.
