**Roles & Responsibility**

ZA is looking to fill a Plant Engineer position to oversee site engineering work. ZA’s Plant Engineer will take on several roles including plant operator & coordinator, safety coordinator, and liaison officer in a waste treatment plant. There will be opportunities to work in various treatment plants running different processes.

**1. Plant Operation & Coordinator**
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of a treatment plant
- Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains processes and system
- Manages production schedule, keep production record, and compiles production reports
- Coordinates resources required to ensure efficient process flow
- Supervises and guides workers

**2. Safety Coordinator**
- Guides engineers and workers to conduct work safely
- Ensures compliance with established operational procedure
- Compiles and/or updates operational procedures when necessary
- Conducts risk assessment and prepares safety-related reports
- Ensures proper housekeeping at all time

**3. Liaison Officer**
- Coordinate with clients and contractors
- Attend project meetings and safety meetings

**Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the process industry
- Minimum bachelor’s or diploma in Mechanical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Environmental/Materials Engineering or equivalent
- Possess general M&E knowledge
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (Speaking and writing)
- Good personality and good interpersonal skills
- Good attitude, takes initiative, and strong learning ability
