**Job Description**:

- Support Plant Manager to oversee the operation & maintenance of Co-generation
- Plan and execute all preventive and routine maintenance activities including plant housekeeping to enable safe, reliable & efficient plant operations Supervise, manage and training a team of boiler man and operators
- Provide Hand-on technical & engineering capabilities in resolving plant issues from troubleshooting of equipment to readiness for plant operations
- Plan, track and control expenditure and optimize any cost incurred for any maintenance activity assigned including shutdown maintenance work Sourcing spare parts and contractors
- Liaise with MOM, NEA and other government bodies for pressure parts annual statutory inspections and report submissions Liaise with external parties and organizations for the commercial and technical improvements of the plant
- Prepare proper documentations & work procedures, checklists and training materials Initiate and contribute to plant engineering works to improve plant and Company efficiencies and synergies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical engineering with 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- First or Second Grade steam engineer certificate from Singapore MOM or equivalent certificate
- Excellent Health, Safety & environment mindset
- Knowledge in ISO / CDM documentation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
