The **Regional Operations Manager

The role will have a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Aviation Legislation, ensuring processes are in place to ensure airport compliance. The position will have a strong emphasis on delivering ‘below the wing’ operational objectives through the optimisation of safety, on-time performance, employee performance and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will review and analyse data to create insights and proactively assess and implement key change initiatives.

You’ll have
- Tertiary Qualifications in a Business, Aviation, Safety or related discipline
- Operational and managerial experience at a senior level in a large, complex service environment, and/or with a regulatory body
- Experience in an operational area within the airline industry preferably in Airport Operations
- Proven ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with all levels of government, service providers, managers and staff
- Extensive and thorough knowledge of CASA regulations and a demonstrated understanding of current regulatory and industry issues
- Knowledge of the local equivalent Aviation Security Act
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Sound analytical aptitude, problem solving skills and data management
- High level of computer literacy
- Knowledge of Quality Control principles and requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as be able to exercise initiative as required
- Ability to represent department professionally and to influence others
- Ability to develop and implement tactical plans
- Ability to work within a complex and dynamic operational environment
- The ability to work and live in Singapore
