At Aston Martin, we're shaping the future of luxury. We're looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our commercial operations across Southeast Asia, working closely with the Market Director and Sales Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in automotive sales and operations who is ready to take a leadership position within a brand known for its iconic vehicles.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative business strategies for dealers across Southeast Asia.
Performance Oversight: Monitor sales performance and dealer operations from monthly results to long-term goals, ensuring adherence to Brand standards.
Collaboration & Coaching: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) and mentor dealers to improve skills and performance.
Dynamic Problem-Solving: Identify process gaps and drive efficiency to achieve business goals.
Insights and Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to maintain leadership in luxury automotive sales.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone experienced and enthusiastic about the future of luxury automotive sales. Ideally, you have a proven ability to manage dealer relationships and exceed targets within the automotive industry, with the agility to navigate complex markets and fast-changing dynamics.
Key Qualifications
Experience in Automotive Sales: Strong background in sales management in the automotive industry with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
Leadership & Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers and senior management.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable with performance metrics, sales data, and market insights to develop action plans.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Role Details
This role requires flexibility to support meetings across multiple time zones. The position is primarily office-based in Singapore with travel opportunities to engage with dealers and partners across the region. Expect a dynamic environment where independence and initiative are key to success.
