**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Key Account Management- Identify, engage and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts- Discover opportunities to serve customers’ real estate needs across asset classes and countries- Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to create value for customers and stakeholders

Drive Investment Promotion- Acquire industry insights and identify key activities along specific industry value chains- Co-create and support Country operations team in driving investment promotion for large-scale projects

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Infocomm-
- Real Estate and regional experience will be added advantage- Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)- Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking- Team player and ability to navigate in a multicultural environment.
