The job duties include the following:

- **Handle Customers Inquiries.**
- **Manage Shipments**:

- **Resolve Issues and Complaints**:

- **Order Processing**
- **Provide Quotes**
- **Coordinate with Other Departments**:

- Collaborating with dispatch teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Updating customers on any changes in delivery schedules or route adjustments.
- **Invoicing and Administrative duties**:
