**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The Partnerships Lead (Strategic Projects) is a key role within the Strategic Projects segment within Homage's B2B business unit (BU) in Singapore. You will work with the GM of the BU to spearhead the solutioning, implementation and optimisation of key new strategic initiatives together with government bodies, national healthcare clusters and public acute healthcare institutions.

You will be responsible for driving key new projects and programmes with innovative service/business models, supporting business development in the private healthcare sector and strengthening processes and capabilities of all commercial teams in the BU.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project and account management of assigned programmes and business deals
- Drive solutioning efforts cross-functionally with our Product, Technology and various Operations teams and ensure timeline integrity for assigned projects
- Refine playbooks, assets and process for B2B commercial functions in core business segments
- Support strategic public policy efforts

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- BA / BS degree or equivalent
- Proven track record as a commercial / business lead or management consulting with at least 5 years' experience leading projects or deals
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high performance setting
- Strong sense of commercial and project end to end ownership
- Ability to articulate, communicate and position with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
