Philanthropic Partnerships Lead

We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to spearhead fundraising and partnership development efforts with philanthropic donors, corporations, and partners. The role focuses on securing funding and building long-term partnerships that drive social impact.
The successful candidate will lead the strategy development process, crafting comprehensive strategies to engage philanthropic donors and partners, aligning efforts with the organization's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to secure funding from diverse sources.
- Manage grant calls, program manage grantees, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and stakeholders to increase giving of Time, Treasure, and Talent.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
- Track and report on fundraising activities, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of securing major gifts, grants, and/or partnerships.
- Programme/grant management experience.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Advanced data literacy and comfort with analyzing spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
