Job Profile Summary:

Partnership Lead role is focusing on building and executing a robust partnership onboarding framework to foster new relationships and sustain new accounts. Role will be leading the development and delivery of a strategic product roadmap for non-exclusive partner programs, ensuring timely product launches. This includes managing governance and compliance matters, such as due diligence and audits, and actively tracks business and project KPIs—including planning, budgeting, and resourcing—while overseeing implementation progress and addressing dependencies, risks, and issues. Additionally, this role would also need to collaborates closely with the channel head and internal stakeholders to support partner requests, covering areas like marketing materials, campaigns, initiatives, and system setups.

Job Description:

Work with product team to develop and launch new products for partner(s) Improve existing features/benefits of products by identifying customer pain points/ feedback from partners. Work with other internal cross functional teams to ensure that the products are aligned with the company overall strategy.
