**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain up-to-date digital records of customer data and invoices in system.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices based on delivery orders or sales orders.
- Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts to ensure accuracy of invoice.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.Support the sales department with other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an administrative role in the F&B industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and prior experience in using Microsoft Dynamics system is a plus.Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Other Information**:

- Primary Location: Work from home (may need to come into office occasionally)
- Work Hours: Sunday to Friday, 8:00pm to 1:00am the following day (6-day work week, 5 hours per day)
