Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, and fluent in Mandarin (to coordinate with the paperwork and internal stakeholders), with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document handling
Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and project updates
Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Ensure smooth documentation flow and maintain accurate records
Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support daily operations
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Fast learner with a proactive and can-do attitude
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Prior admin or office experience preferred but not required
