Job Position : Shipyard Infrastructure & Facilities Foreman
Employment Type : Full Time

Job Description:

- Responsible for shipyard docking facilities upkeep (all equipment installed within the dock and the dock). He will assist the supervisor of the team to supervise technicians at site to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance for all docking facilities and ensure the work is completed safely with high quality and within schedule, budget.

Job Responsibilities:

- Effectively implement and execute the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for dock facilities as planned by supervisor.
- Carry out corrective maintenance for the defective dock facilities to ensure it is recovered within the shortest time following supervisor’s instruction.
- Site supervision during preventive/ corrective work and provide technical advice to maintenance technician.
- Coaching to maintenance technicians within the section.
- As acting supervisor in the event of the absence of supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- 2 years of relevant practical experience to mechanical work which an electrician is authorized to perform (NTC-3 holder).
- 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in Shipbuilding industry.
- 1 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment repair and servicing, preferably hands-on experience.
- Able to read and interpret drawings, plan tools/ equipment/ material

Basic Salary : SGD$1000 - SGD$1500

Allowance : Not Applicable
Working Location : Tuas Crescent, Singapore
Nearest MRT : Tuas Crescent MRT (From Tuas Shipyard to MRT takes 5-7 mins on bus, 15 mins on foot)
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 44 Hours A Week, Starting from 0730

Annual Leave : 7 Days A Year
