**About the Job**

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design review and full construction delivery of a complex marine and shipyard development project.

This role involving oversight of both ERSS/geotechnical works and marine-side infrastructure such as dry docks, quay walls, cofferdams, and heavy-duty foundations.
- Design review of ERSS and marine structural systems, ensuring suitability for varying marine and soft soil conditions.
- Manage construction of marine infrastructure, including dry docks, quay walls, basins, and launch structures.
- Coordinate all site activities across land and marine interfaces — excavation, piling, dewatering, marine piling, and structural works.
- Oversee the work of consultants, PE engineers, subcontractors, and marine specialists to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.
- Supervise ground improvement techniques, temporary works, instrumentation & monitoring.
- Interface with regulatory authorities (e.g., BCA, MPA) for permits, inspections, and compliance.
- Ensure project delivery is aligned with safety, quality, and budget expectations.

**Profile**
- Degree in **Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine Engineering**:

- Minimum 6 **years**of relevant experience in **shipyard**, **marine infrastructure**, or **coastal construction**:

- Strong technical background in: ERSS systems (e.g., sheet piles, secant piles, diaphragm walls), Marine piling and quay wall structures, Dry dock/dockyard facilities
- Soft ground and ground improvement techniques (e.g., PVD, jet grouting)
- Track record of construction projects in marine/coastal environmentsAble to interpret geotechnical reports and lead technical coordination
