The Regional Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible to support APAC digital marketing initiatives through digital channels optimization and web infrastructure and drive the region's marketing automation program.
**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Support strategies for cross-channel campaigns ensuring the ability to capture attribution from early funnel tactics to late state conversion metrics
- Assist in the development of new creative digital strategies focused on penetrating channels where Sartorius is poorly represented
- Responsible for the overall web health, user experience, social media handles, blogs, article creation related to our 360 campaigns
- Develop/maintain social media handles and quality content on our strategic social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and continuously evaluate new channels such as TikTok, Instagram etc.
- Perform competitive analysis across digital channels & benchmarking performance against key companies in our market
- Evaluate new digital technologies and planning support for the Sartorius marketing technologies stack in collaboration with e-Business stakeholders.
- In partnership with global digital team, monitor and report campaign performance and web metrics and analyze to make proactive recommendations based on result
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure that media channels are optimized and ensuring effective metrics are deployed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Positive, Energetic and a good team player
- University graduate in any discipline
- 4+ year’s full-time experience in digital marketing (B2B marketing background preferred).
- Expertise in digital marketing with specific emphasis on media planning across channels
- Must be proficient in Marketo or Pardot.
- Some experience working in social, SEO, SEA, display channels (knowledge of regional variations a plus)
- Excellent process and project management skills, secure prioritization and result orientation
- Strong understanding of customer journey maps, customer segmentation concepts, and customer personas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written.
- Experience tracking media performance through the use of business KPIs (visit to lead, etc...) and through the use of analytics tools (web analytics tools, heat mapping tools)
- Experience developing and executing A/B testing strategies
- Knowledge and skills with HTML, Javascript, CSS
