**Job Description**:
Cynosure is seeking a Digital Marketer, for the APAC region, supporting some of our core strategic markets including SEA & ANZ. Ideally the position will be based out of Singapore working from home initially, then transition into a hybrid work-from-home and office based role. Once we have established the Singapore office it is expected that this role will spend 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working from home.
As a digital marketer, you consider yourself creative, data-obsessed and an audience-first thinker. Not only do you understand the opportunity that lives within the digital space, but you are also passionate about it With in-depth knowledge of major digital, social and reporting platforms, this role will merge your command of content creation and digital marketing with more traditional offline marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for building the foundations and driving performance across the connected digital experiences and customer journey. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing APAC and the Marketing Managers across the APAC region to build a ONE APAC approach to ensure representation across all markets in the region.
This role is responsible for managing the full-suite of digital strategies across our B2B (Healthcare Practitioners), B2C (Patients) and content marketing initiatives in conjunction with agency support. The role will also be responsible for all tracking implementation, reporting, and multi-channel optimization recommendations.
The job holder will also manage lead journey projects, notably the automation of the journey from Social (owned, earned and paid) to CRM (Marketo) to Salesforce (Cynoforce) thereby truly creating an ecosystem of performance marketing and conversion to give Cynosure APAC a competitive advantage. This person will also consistently translate data and performance metrics into clear and digestible recommendations for optimization, with KPIs always at the top of mind.
The role also includes assisting the Director Marketing APAC with offline APAC marketing programs and initiatives. These duties may including updating team trackers and schedules, event management, seeking new award and PR opportunities, preparing offline activations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serves as a key digital marketing contact in APAC responsible for understanding local performance marketing nuances and insights
- Work with county level markets to ensure accurate and regular multi market representation
- Create content for owned organic channels and be responsible for community management
- Build seamless lead journeys through various digital marketing touchpoints
- Define KPIs per campaign and funnel-stage to meet company goals
- Keep laser-focus on analytics and in-depth analysis of segment and channel performance in relation to KPIs, and the ability to summarize these find
