**General Description**
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff
- Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
- Customer complaint management
- Uphold inventory integrity
- Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement
- Documentation of work instructions
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
- Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing

**Skills**:
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with logistics software and tools (e.g., WMS, TMS).

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable.
