**Analyst - Contract Logistics/SCM **to join their team.

**Job Scope:
- SLIM KPI monthly update.
- Tracking; compilation & analyze program performance indicators and following through on initiative implementation.
- Conduct logistics processes analysis for the existing and potential programs.
- Conduct & promote continuous Improvement program FLEX 5S/POP training to operation.
- Work with the operation to improve program operating productivity through process re-engineering.
- Benchmarking of program performance & implementation effectiveness.
- Support Logistics program implementations and costing.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor.

**Specific Accountabilities:
- To maintain data integrity and security of the SLIM database.

**Skills Required:
- Possess strong process analytical skills, and interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5S/POP trainer.
- LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.

**Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder, preferable in logistics, engineering, or analytical sciences.
- Training will be provided.
