We're seeking a future team member for our **Engineering** team as **Vice President, Technology Product Manager** located in **Singapore (Hybrid)**.

**The opportunity**

As the business in Asia Pacific is expanding, we are seeking an experienced Technical Agile Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role you will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and release adopting the principals of growth from MVP / PoC. This position offers a high-profile opportunity to lead projects involving various businesses and entities within the firm.

**What you will bring to the team**

As a Technical Agile Business Analyst / Product Manager, your role is crucial to the success of helping our business and customers do what they do best. You take a customer-first mindset to solving problems and you don't settle for "good enough", you aim for awesome. You help other colleagues understand why something is important and worth doing. You tell stories about our customers to help the business understand who we are, what we do and who we do it for

**In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Extensive experience in identifying the right problem to define the purpose with a good business acumen and inspire the high-performance team to deliver on the business expectations
- Be a highly motivated and self-starter who is willing to act and be ambitious with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
- A deep desire to help the business and operations to digitize their workflows and accelerate the design by simplifying processes and provide highly scalable automated solutions with the ability to clearly understand the customer needs and communicate them to the development team
- Be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and solutioning using new methodologies and/or technologies underpinned by a sound product and execution skills, ability to perform under tight deadlines, yet not reducing your detailed orientation and your eye on the big picture
- A technical understanding of the systems and technologies behind the product, their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons for architectural decisions; yet being equally comfortable with building a business requirements document and understanding high-level technical architectures.
- Be able through experience to maintain a solid prioritized backlog with clear and concise user stories
- Consider that being hands-on as a positive element to work and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude to start and finish ideas execution, whilst simplifying complex problems, tackling interesting and meaningful challenges
- Be a highly collaborative Technical Agile Business Analyst able to effectively navigate organization boundaries, producing innovative ideas and help in implementing them
- A clear communicator ensuring that requirements are clearly understood by all the teams and that the implementation roadmap matches the requirements

**To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following**:

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred
