Our client is a Japanese leading global Private Equity buyout funds is currently hiring a Vice President at Fund Investment Division in Singapore due to sustained growth within the firm.

**_Responsibilities _**
- Provide inputs into the global equity sustainable investment strategy and business plan.
- Responsible for driving investment recommendations in private equity.
- Manage, drive and lead the selection of new investments and monitor existing investments.
- Drive the production of quantitative analysis and qualitative due diligence for both new and existing investments.
- Communicate with third party managers to agree on investment and commercial terms.
- Lead on execution of specific APAC client and product opportunities.
- Travel may be required periodically to meet with clients and other key internal/external partners. Manage team resources and support the development of junior team members

**_Requirement _**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, Law or a related field
- Relevant experience in private equity industry
- Experience in product management and team leadership, experience in working with clients
- Strong communications and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, organised and disciplined in managing work flows with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written ability in English
- Reporting to the Japan office. Business level proficiency in Japanese is essential
