Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a market leading logistics company. The company is a full-service logistics provider, focusing on Freight Forwarding solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a **Regional Airfreight Vice President, **focusing on the** Asia-Pacific region **specialising in** Airfreight Forwarding solutions. **The position will be based in **Singapore** and will be reporting directly to the regional **Executive Vice President of Operations.**

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Offer support to the Airfreight Operations teams, supporting process enhancements and formulating a national product plan
- Responsible for the set-up and execution of standard operating procedures within the Asia-Pacific region
- Work with key stakeholders to understand processes and deliver solution enhancements and resolutions
- Act as an escalation point to operationally focused challenges within the region
- Collaborate with Trade Lane Managers & Sales Teams to ensure delivery and customer service levels are at a premium
- Ensure invoicing and compliance procedures are adhered to
- Reinforce processes and instruct staff on how to manage systems
- Responsible for the measurement and benchmarking of KPIs such as productivity & profitability within the region

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

- Must come from an operations focused background
- Proven track record of Airfreight experience within the Asia-Pacific region
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Singapore
- Open top a certain amount of travel within the region
- An academic degree is preferred, but not essential

The expected salary for this position is between SG$220,000 - €240,000 per annum.
