This role ensures smooth and efficient office functions, manages support staff, and helps implement company policies and procedures. The Deputy Admin Manager also assists in budgeting, procurement, and facility management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing administrative staff and office operations
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies
- Support coordination of facility maintenance and repairs
- Help develop and implement administrative systems and policies
- Maintain records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Support health, safety, and compliance efforts
- Act as backup for Admin Manager when needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 10 years of administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience supervising staff is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
