**Job Summary**

As a Process / Product Engineer, you will take the lead in driving projects that improve manufacturing processes and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders, to implement improvements and ensure the highest standards in capacitor production.
- Lead and manage process and product improvement projects in the capacitor manufacturing factory.
- Develop and propose new ideas for process and product development, aimed at improving efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to execute material improvement initiatives, utilizing metrology knowledge.
- Conduct statistical analysis using tools such as Minitab, Tableau, or other relevant software to evaluate and enhance processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and effective completion of improvement projects.
- Utilize design and analysis software (e.g., CAD, CAE) to support product development (advantageous, not required).
- Create and maintain control plans, manufacturing standards, and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for new products and process changes.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in process/product development and improvement within a component manufacturing industry (preferably in electronics or capacitor manufacturing).
- Proficiency in Minitab for statistical analysis and decision-making.
- Basic Mechatronics knowledge to understand and analyze machine functionality.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
- Familiarity with engineering analysis software (e.g., Pro E, Ansys) is an advantage.
- Basic experience with analysis equipment handling (e.g., mechanical property checker, material analysis equipment).
- Willing to be stationed / Travel frequently to Batam.

- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment (experience working with teams from Japan, Singapore, Indonesia).
- Strong learning ability and the attitude to tackle challenging situations.
