Settlements Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Prepares and checks Daily Securities Payment Reports
- Monitor and reconcile daily incoming payments from Brokers and counterparties for Securities Settlements
- Send daily payments to Bank for Brokers and counterparties for Securities Settlement
- Monitor, execute and reconciles daily abnormaly Securities Trades Settlements
- Reconciles Securities Dividends Payments and any follow-up actions required.
- Daily Securities Foreign Exchange Settlements reconciliation and payments.
- Payment to bank for any deployment of FDs. Instruction from Treasury.
- Partake in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
- Dropping of clients' cheques at bank branches
- Handle backroom enquiries from all internal stakeholders
- Letter-opening rotation duties
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager/ Supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Degree with 1-2 years experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must.
- A Self-starter who is always ready to accept challenges.
- Self motivated team player who maintains a positive mindset.
- Detailed, meticulous and able to adapt well in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule.
- Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work on rotating shifts and on SG Public Holidays
