DSA Junior Skipper/ Deckhand Traineeship

We are looking for Sea-hearted individuals who aspire to be Skippers and Crew with our growing fleet of holiday sailing boats. During our program you will equip yourself with Basic Sailing Certification and a PPCDL if you are selected.*terms and condition

20 days trainee program

10 days hands on course with full certification

Training Program Agenda:
1. Basic Sailing training (ASA 101 certification)

2. Coastal Sailing training (ASA 103 Certification)

3. Private Pleasure Craft Driving License (PPCDL)

4. Boat Duties

5. Placement for part time with opportunity to convert to full time.

**Requirements**:

- Must have local residency permit. (no work passes will be provided)
- Age above 17-50
- Commit to 20 days of Internship

Benetfits:

- ASA 101 and 103 Certification (Internationally recognised Sailing Certification)
- PPCDL course
- Allowance

Additional Optional Program:
Conditions
- Sponsored PPCDL course fees excludes test fees and practical refresher training
- Trainee must complete 100% attendance of the 20 day program. Failure to complete full fees of the course will be charged to the trainee.
