Technical Sales and Support Engineer

Basic product management
- Pre-sales tendering, after sales technical support
- Be part of the investigation of the problem and to be able to identify the root cause Assist in technical queries in relation to products
- Liaising with overseas factories and engineers to provide appropriate solutions to Leoch’s internal and external network
- Ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and perform quality checks on products when required.
- Customer interaction and provision of technical seminars to partners
- Provide expertise and technical know-how on product lines, including test methods on products for the industry
- Interact directly with key customer to understand their needs and develop appropriate test method to determine competitive solutions
- Present high quality technical information to target customers in prioritized market
- Support on daily activities of the internal and external stakeholders

.Travelling abroad for supporting both technical and sales operations

**Requirements**:

- To have mandatory a technical background (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or other
- Engineering, Electronics or Energy Storage) with a bachelor degree relevant to these fields (Applications with no relevant background will not be considered), especially Lithium battery BMS etc. Prior experience in a similar function dealing with Lead Acid Battery products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and ability to work under pressure
- A business-oriented nature
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- To be solution-oriented
- To be able to travel abroad on short notice
- More than 3 years of experience in technology development in lithium battery related industries
- Have a basic understanding of various standard industrial IoT communication ports and standards, and can clearly know the differences and advantages and disadvantages of CAN/TCP/NOT/MODBUS and other protocols
- Bachelor degree or above from engineering university
