The Nanyang Business School (NBS) is looking for a Senior Executive to support the Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) in the critical function of curriculum planning and operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Academic Support**:

- Provide academic advisories to students on Change of Programme (COP)/Change of Specialisation (COS)
- Support Manager in the planning of Business Streaming Exercises
- Maintain/update COP/COS/Streaming/Withdrawal information on website
- Process students’ credit transfer requests upon successful COP/COS
- Liaise with colleagues from other Schools or University departments upon successful COP/COS/Withdrawal

**Course Registration and Curriculum Planning**
- Responsible for CR documentations and records update
- Review and assist with students’ course registration requests
- Provide course planning advice to students
- Manage and provide timely update on NBS Intranet, including but not limited to Course Outline, Course Catalogue, Course Curriculum, Programme Structure, etc.

**Global Exchange Programme:
Outbound Exchange
- Provide academic advisories on course arrangements and course plans for students

Inbound Exchange
- Facilitate course selections and approvals for inbound exchange students
- Liaise with partner universities for students’ course matching and selections

**Industry Exposure Programmes (IEP)**
- Manage industry exposure programmes such as Professional Attachment (PA)/Experiential Semester Programme (ESP)/Work Study Degree Programme (WSDeg)
- Liaise with colleagues from other University departments and faculty on credit-bearing internship matters
- Coordinate with divisions in the School on faculty allocation for internship supervision

**Others**
- Maintain proper documentation and archival of information
- Assist in work improvement projects
- Any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from a recognised university of any discipline
- Related qualifications and/or working experiences in higher education sector will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal, critical thinking and communication skills
- Meticulous with strong planning, coordination and organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, team player but at the same time able to work independently
- Highly service-oriented and enjoys interacting with people - prospective students, faculty and staff
