**Full Job Description**:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a **Stress Reduction Coach **to provide counseling services for employees of a global asset management firm. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical care to clients. This is a part time position with HIGH likelihood of becoming full time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct evaluation for clients' mental stress level.
- Provide 1:1 personalized coaching to help clients reduce stress and improve clients' well-being.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions through telemedicine.
- Maintain clients documentation.
- Support clients in stress reduction and other aspects of mental health.
- Respond to client's ad hoc needs through online chat.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited school.
- At least five years of experience as a Psychologist or Mental Health Therapist.
- Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
- Expertise in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- Experience with workplace stress reduction preferred
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccine.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore.
- Must be able to reliably commute to office in Singapore.
