Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Lifestyle Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide individuals in achieving sustainable lifestyle changes, focusing on areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' readiness for change and health and wellness goals.
  • Co-develop personalized, client-driven health and wellbeing goals focused on sustainable behavior change.
  • Use motivational interviewing, goal setting, and accountability techniques to support clients' progress.
  • Deliver individual coaching sessions in-person and/or virtually.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes according to organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members when applicable.
  • Participate in the development and facilitation of wellbeing workshops and events.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach (certified by Wellcoaches and/or NBHWC, or eligible).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in health coaching or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental approach.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple clients effectively.
  • Ability to apply behavior-change theory and coaching psychology principles as required for certification.
