You will be responsible for the coordination of dataset exchange, access, quality evaluation, approval, anonymization, release and disposal activities of the Data Exchange Office (DXO) with the aim to provide insights to the use of data. You will also be responsible in ensuring the data exchange activities are performed in accordance to the requirements of NHG policies.**Responsibilities**:

- Review the data requests, define data needs, evaluate data quality, transform, anonymize and evaluate the data sources needed to fulfil the stakeholders data requirements while ensuring use of data complies to existing policies
- Work with the data access providers to deliver datasets according to the requestors’ needs and requirements
- Perform annual audits and review on the data inventories
- Be well versed in NHG data management policies and practices so as to advice data requestors on policy requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in information management related disciplines, a strong team-player, self-motivated, hands-on with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in slides presentation, dashboarding and reporting.
- Comfortable with multiple touch points and able to liaise with wide range of stakeholders
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team within NHG and with external stakeholders, such as Ministry of Health (MOH) / Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH)
- Strong communication skills to facilitate management and maintain close relationships with internal and external stake holders
