Good experience in a technical operations role for an enterprise Microsoft Exchange environment
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of various versions of MS Exchange 2010/ 2013/2016 and Office 365.
- Knowledge and Troubleshooting abilities on Roles and Services of Exchange 2010, High availability (DAG), Public Folder Management, Messaging Policies and Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging, Permissions.
- Deep understanding of Exchange 2010 & 2013 hybrid architecture and migration experience from on-premises exchange 2010 message system to Office 365.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server Operating systems - 2012 & 2016.
- Willingness Learn Azure.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge in Azure Networking and Solarwinds will be a plus;
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP/Aruba WIFI/Clearpass will be an added advantage. PREFERRED SKILLSSTRONG INTERPERSONAL, COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS. - Independent worker with initiatives, resourceful, positive attitude, friendly deposition, good team player and able to deliver results within tight deadlines. - Ability to deal effectively with senior and mid-level executive/management teams. - Independent with excellent problem-solving skills. - Must be highly energetic, analytical, self-driven, proactive and have excellent attention to details. - Some on-call, after hours and\or weekend work may be required. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional work teams toward task completion. - Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demands with little oversight. - Open to learn new technologies.
