**Head of Pricing & Analysis**

DT One is currently seeking a Head of Pricing & Analysis based in Singapore with experience supporting a global company. Reporting to the EVP Marketing, the incumbent will lead a team in partnering with a variety of stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Provisioning & Procurement) to drive the development of the pricing solution for existing products, new business, and expansion pursuits. This role will help shape the overall value proposition and commercial model, by continually improving our business and financial modeling tools, pricing process and expertise.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Develop the pricing strategy and approach for DT One globally
- Drive pricing strategy (e.g., Value based pricing), cost leadership, and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensure integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
- Drive pricing competitiveness (including competitor) analysis and share insights with Business Development, Procurement, Provisioning and Product teams
- Work closely with Products and Solutions Delivery team to formulate price
- Establish a pricing database of historical price offers and competitive pricing to provide trending and a periodic review of price competitiveness and strategies
- Lead team on market research and analysis & provide feedback to Product to enhance product features and review costing/list price to ensure pricing competitiveness and good service quality
- Drive and present financial modeling, scenario and business case analysis
- Work with Marketing, Finance Operations on implementation of promotions. Ensure that promotional pricing is consistent with overall pricing strategy and leverages modeling done
- Guide and challenge internal teams on our models and pricing / cost inputs
- Work with EVP's to understand and mitigate the risk and opportunities around deals
- Other duties as assigned

**Essential Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Finance, Engineering, Economics or related
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years supervisory experience
- Substantial experience in pricing strategy, structures, and analytics, including development of Excel based pricing models
- Comfortable and able to communicate and present key pricing strategies and concepts to senior stakeholders
- Able to understand and interpret complex financial and commercial situations and explain to a variety of stakeholders
- Good team player, able to communicate well across multiple levels within the organization, strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
- Proven analytic and decision-making abilities
- High learning agility
- MS Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Data Analysis experience using tools like Tableau and Power BI

**Preferred Experience**
- Master's degree
- Experience with Zoho CRM
