We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our warehouse operations and shipping documentation processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective inbound and outbound logistics, while maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations and internal standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation processes.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure space optimization and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain and improve warehouse workflows and 5S practices.
Ensure proper handling of goods, including fragile or hazardous materials, in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and review all shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export/import declarations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies for timely clearance and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (Incoterms, HS codes, country-specific documentation requirements).
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure document archival meets audit and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with solid exposure to shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP,
- Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and shipping best practices.
- Excellent coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.
