**What You'll Do**:

- Manage the daily operations of the High Tension meter reading (NCC HT and Master-Sub installations)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the unsuccessful remote meter reading cases
- Supporting Customer Reading & Route Management Team
- Perform administrative duties such as monthly statistics for payment related and meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**What You'll Need**:

- Applicants need to possess at least a degree from a recognized institute
- Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
